Has the lack of physical interaction as a result of technology created a more superficial climate in the world?
Yes it does. I notice this in my line of work. My sales people have no idea what their customers are doing or ordering becasue the customer orders online and has no need to contact the sales rep again. Their is not much CRM like in the old mom and pop days
Yes. I think because of technology, relationships are really becoming superficial. Just look at one's facebook account, how many of those "friends" are actually honest to goodness friends who will be there for you?
