Is the government encouraging or discouraging having children?

Does it make sense for the government to give tax deductions for having children, then turn around and mandate insurance companies to pay for contraception?

They don't care either way, they're mostly men who can't get pregnant anyway and the women who support denying women access to BC are dried up old scags who need to get some.  The fact that they are attempting to deny women access to birth control says one thing; WE WANT TO CONTROL WOMEN AND THEY SHOULD ONLY HAVE SEX WHEN WE SAY THEY CAN.

Man, if brains were elastic. This bunch combined would not have enough to make suspenders for a Grasshopper.

contraception is about women's health, not about children.

It is ridiculous to offer tax deduction for children but then the entire tax sytem is ridiculous. A flat tax on earnings. Do away with tax gestapo. Trash all tax laws beyond your 15 to 18 percent.  Keep contraception legal. And thosse who want overpopulate the earth can pay for their own kids.
