Would a free, renewable energy source help to secure world peace?

Many people believe that the cause of many conflicts today, is the craving for oil. If there was an alternative free source, then poor countries may rapidly advance their technologies bringing competition to the existing predominant economies, so would there be more or less conflicts.

It's not about an alternative fuel source, we have had that for almost a Hundred years. It is about a completely different energy source, harnessing the energy from our natural surroundings and I'm not talking the wind or the Sun.

The electric magnetic energy the Earth generates is one source, however I'm thinking it will come from a source that has only been investigated by the fringes of 'science'.

Harnessing the energy of what David Wilcock calls the Source Field, the matrix that is all around us. This will require changing the way we think and perceive our World.

I think not. Oil and oil products are for short time with us. It'strue, that some countries were in wars for oil. And as I sad some countries. But, unfortunately wars are with us from ours beginnings. Peoples always find some way to break peace and start wars. That's just something in our nature.

There are more free renewable ways to produce energy than people realize and that since many decades. But People have been conditioned to think in terms of scarcity & competition when there's none, as it would be difficult to control a free society where every citizen is free because s/he produces his own energy and is not depending on any entity to do so. So, there will be no peace as long some powerful individuals make the rules and that the masses blindly buys into it.
As long people will ask someone else to take care of peace & energy issues on their behalf ... there will be war as people willingly give away their own power and expect someone else, who will use that power the wrong way, to fix what they have to fix on their own in a 1st place ... People don't like to hear that but ... things haven't worked that well the way it has gone till now! So, if people are not free themselves, how can they expect peace in the world when the conditions for this to happen are far from being met on people's individual basis?!
