How do you start a community based activity ?
Community based means free but when it's free people seems to take it for granted. They reserved for the activity but didn't show up.
You just start one - but you can't be afraid to talk to people -and you have to have a vision -if you don't believe in it no one else will - then there is alot of planning involved and make sure you work with people who are committed to the project/activity so that it is completed. One thing I have noticed is you have to offer them something when they leave, some kind of incentive. Unfortunately, just the fact of coming to a free event is not enough of an incentive to get people to come.

I know this is going to be a big no, but honestly, I would be motivated to write more hubs and clean up old ones if I got paid 80% instead of 60%. Even 70% would motivate me more. Anyone else feel the same?
