Was the judge right to ban the execution of the indefinite detention clause by Obama?
I was relieved. Indefinite detention smelled too much of bolshevism.
Yes it should have a defined time. i could see holding someone for an amount of time because of information that might be leaked. That would be detrimental to National Security. But there should still be some sort of over-site as to for how long and for what reason.
