What should our national policy be if our unemployment rate doesn't go below 8.0 for another 5 yrs?
I like to know what kind of national policies could work to solve the problem.

I'm afraid I should get some sleep.
Currently in the US our unemployment is at 8.1%, and appears over the last three years to be hovering around 8%. I was wondering what would be good national policies.

Do you think the unemployment rate could be lower?Do you think people could work but don't because they don't want the low paying jobs that are out there or do you think the unemployment rate is accurate?
