Could we, as a society, benefit more if we concentrated on oceanographic research as a main focus?
If the International Society of Marine technologies and other Oceanographic organizations got together with NASA what good might happen?
Are you talking about exploring another frontier as they have with NASA in space? This is a very interesting question, yet I'm left a bit confused. I think I'm trying to figure out what kind of benefit you're talking about? Like the human acquisition of gills and webbed feet?
What I was asking is that if we would benefit more from exploring our inner space rather than outer space.
