UVA political scientist Larry Sabato has a model which supposedly can predict election results with 95% confidence/accuracy. Here's something we can say with ALMOST 100% confidence: Sarah Palin WILL NOT be the 45th US President.
I think most of us could have predicted that.
So...who does Larry think will win?
To predict who will win with some accuracy would be impressive. Who won't be, not so much.
