Is there Islamic scripture that condemns the bloodletting of nonbelievers?

It is all about interpretation. Actually, it does not say that you have to attack non believers. It does eg give permission to attack non believers in case of eg war that threatens the islam. check out the movie the message 1977 ... u will find the entire movie via google videos if u look well. btw ... consider chinese whispers unto silence ... cause of interpretation.
