Should the United Kingdom leave the European union?

If you we're taking part in a vote to decide on the future of the United Kingdom would you vote to stay in Europe or would you vote for the UK to leave the European Union.

Leave, it was a howling mistake from the begining.

Nigel Farage has some valid points in advocating withdrawal from the EU. David Cameron has valid points in staying.
If we leave the EU, think on this: our Commonwealth trading partners were left in the lurch when Ted Heath took us into what was the Common Market in the early 70's. They had to find markets elsewhere. Australia and New Zealand began trading with Japan and China as well as other Far Eastern nations. Our African partners also found new pastures. Canada did the same.
The Common Market, and then the EU wanted to dictate terms to us and leaned towards bullying tactics with some of our weaker PM's. We would have to persuade the Commonwealth countries that we were out of the EU for better reasons than just our own good.
Against the EU there is corruption and the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg feels it can dicate legal terms, resulting in our inability to deport terrorists. Nor are we able to close our borders to other undesirables.
Norway and Iceland do well enough outside the EU, and trade with who they want to. They can also reject those they do not want within their borders without having to look over their shoulders at Strasbourg. They don't have to tolerate corruption in connection with the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), where adverse interests operate, non-existent olive groves get funds and inefficient farming methods are tolerated. Nor should we have to import animal products produced in conditions contrary to EU legal directives when the UK abides by these rules and British farmers cannot compete with cheaper goods from non-conforming producers.
The outlook is increasingly bad for continued membership of a 'club' in which we are disadvantaged..
