Whether law has eradicated corruption in every form, in any country?
It is often said, strict rules are necessary to eradicate corruption .Others say, public shopuld come forward to eradicate it. In countries where strict rules are there,is corruption not seen, in one form or the other?
I don't know a lot about countries other than my own (USA) but I doubt there will ever be a place free from corruption.
