What methods can the Indian government use to improve the socioeconomic and sociocultural
aspects of the lives of the Dalits(so-called underclass/untouchables)?
In India, the Dalits are considered to be India's underclass. They are the most disrespected and reviled. They are relegated to perform the worst jobs and to live under the very worst of conditions. The Dalits are viewed as less than humans by many of the Indian population.
One of the vital steps against this problem is that the government of India should give employment to atleast one member of a dalit family with a salary that is enough to fulfill their needs. Second step should be to provide education to each and every individual of the country. Also if the government works properly without misusing the funds granted by the Parliament , it also helps in stabilizing the condition of dalits. Now a days even ordinary people are worried by the rising crisis , so what will be its effect on dalits ? So the government should improve the economic condition of the country. Still there is a hope that India will be developed country in next 30 years.
