Ferguson GJ had 3 blacks on panel, IDK about Garner CG. But it seems to me that if only 11% of all GJ's nation wide decide not to indict then why is it in favor of 100% no indictment that involve cops.

Perhaps it's the blue colored uniforms that are the problem. There are no stats for police-kills or even what age, color or sex.  Perhaps it's a blue thing.

There were also 9 whites on the panel. Its not just a police thing  (I do agree the police officers involved were wrong in this case). But it is a race thing too!!! They let killers roam free, the victims happened to be black, that's no coincidence

Division by race is a diversion from the truth of class warfare: Check out http://endoftheamericandream.com/archiv … less-thugs

I do agree its also apart of class and class warfare, but I truly believe it has to do with race too!!! Thank You for answering!!!!

Although race is a factor it is not the main factor in cases like these. On November 9, 2004, a Kenosha, WI police officer shot Michael Bell (a white man) in the head as he was (pinned against a car). There were a group of policemen there who testified Bell was reaching for an officer's gun with his hands cuffed. http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/ … IHI6RstDIU
The number one reason why it's so hard to get an indictment against police officers is because the local prosecutors (work with) the police in order to get convictions everyday. This is where their loyalty lies. Essentially they are allies!
The only chance to have an impartial system in such cases is to have (independent prosecutors) oversee the grand jury process.

I agree. the bias to let cops off easy is scary.

If anything it is clear cops protect their own. I see many parallels to this case and Ferguson......... good answer as always!
