The only answer is education and the ability to choose better paths in life. For instance, The Muslim world has a tenet that forbids its practitioners from every leaving that religion. They are forced into thinking a certain way. In some countries, education is outlawed for women and for men, only certain books can be read and studied. That is forced thinking there too.
Until we educate and feed the world, we will continue to have unrest and mind slavery.
Terrorism is a cry for help. And a tool for the embittered people of the world to try to break free from tyranny. Remove the oppressors and there will be no need for terrorism.
Yes ,without education we cannot uproot dogmatism superstition from us.
One giant step would be to get everyone that believes in God to agree that there is one, and only one God.
The majority of terrorism today is based on differences of which religion is connected to God. Ironically, they kill people that disagree with their concept of God.
If there is a God, then these people should let their God deal with problems of religious belief, and not kill.
Just think of how peaceful the world would be without religion.
Apt and a great comment. Yes we need uniformity in religions , we must believe that there is only one God for all human beings.
Sorry, you will never get atheists and agnostics to believe in "one god". But you might be able to get people to accept the ideology of personal belief in a humanist philosophy. We must stop following one religious dogma and learn respect for all.
Yes no religion must not be debased because religion is there only to maintain and upgrade the human morality. Thus all religions are beneficial for human civilization and its progress. We must respect all religions.
And respect the freedom to not be religious.
As long as there are differences in beliefs, wealth, and perceived better opportunities there will be people who are angry enough to want to grab their share from someone else.
Terrorism in one form or another has always been a part of mankind's existence and will continue to be.
That is a defeatist attitude. All lives matter and we should proceed as if they do matter. Ideology is hard to change, but it can be done. It must be done for the world to survive.
We are human being???We are advancing towards peace and progress???Human civilization does not remain in the beastial prehistoric age.Are we the most intelligent animal ???
