If Hillary wins, will that continue the Obama rule by proxy?

How different or how similar is Hillary Clinton to Obama? Both are democrats, and how do we know what Hillary will do the same as Obama, or different from Obama?
Can we afford another 4 years of the democrat and Obama rule?

The world today is very different from when Bill Clinton was president, so will Hillary favor Bill or Barack's ruling of the country, and would either of those rules work today?
Hillary is now starting to attack Trump, and as consistent with the other Trump attackers she offers no arguments against his positions, only the personal attack.
When do we hear the issues?

Obama hates Hillary, after beating her in the election in 2008.
She is not ruling as his proxy.

Then what is her rule going to be?

Yes. But Hillary will have to raise interest rates at some point. If she's a typical Baby Boomer politician, she won't raise them and will just let it ride until the engine seizes up. But if she is a reasonable person, she will slowly start raising interest rates and bite the bullet on the economic impact.
