I think arguing in the sense of fighting is near the top. So many emotions leading astray from character. There isn't a road map to follow in that case and unexpected changes are misleading with heightened aggression. Physical threats can be as simple as stepping forward into a person's comfort zone - bubble, causing an adverse effect. Or, name calling and etc. too. The challenge is emotions blazing a trail.
Allah giving people permission to kidnap and rape girls (ISIS has sex slave markets with Yazidi and Christian girls, Mohammed said if you capture her she's yours you can rape her if you want). Allah giving people permission to kill those who criticize you or the faith, so there is no argument, since you can chop their heads off. And since Mohammed praised a man for killing a poetess who mocked him in her bed with her children, the Charlie Hebdo killings were absolutely kosher with the Koran (pun intended).
