Do you believe that people in the United States are becoming MORE INTRUSIVE into the lives of

others, particularly reporting people to the government for things the former believe to be wrong such as disciplining children, butting in neighbors' affairs, criticizing other people's dwellings because they don't conform to expectations, & playing big brother?  American society is becoming more like George Orwell 1984 with ever decreasing rights & liberties.  People are reported to the government for the slightest thing or because another person disagrees with their practices.

Yes!  There is a difference between disciplining and spanking a kid and beating a kid violently!  I truly believe that if you see a parent disciplining a child in a way you don't like, MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS!  Nowadays, kids have too many rights they don't need.  We aren't allowed to spank or hit, and look at the way children behave today. No respect for authority whatsoever.

“How to Make a Social Justice Warrior” by William Shetterly is a book by an open socialist criticizing social justice warriors. They think that if you search out terms with vaguely negative connotations about a racial group and savagely browbeat them for it, you'll somehow end racism. Virtue signal your support for the poor by condemning hobo costumes and banning the word "ghetto", and somehow this will solve poverty.
When you have a fanatic minority that thinks they have the right to police your speech, your T-shirts, your casual conversations and then seek to cost you your reputation, even your job ... it is fascism in the name of feelings.
But because they do it in the name of oppressed, they don't see anything wrong with it.
