Police murdered with ASSAULT rifles by blacks - where is the outrage from the gun control crowd?

Footage from yesterday's murder of police officers in Dallas show a brave officer shoot one of the snipers, who was wearing body armor.  The murders turned and executed the office as he tried in vain to escape with an Assault rifle (he had so many magazines that they were falling out of his jacket) - I have yet to hear any Congressman or Senator demand immediate gun control sanctions over this incident - is it because the killers were black?  This will be a real test to see just how serious they are or just hypocrites.

you may want to change that photo. That guy turned himself in and there's indication he may not be involved (or may -- usually it's good to be cautious). As far as it goes, he's carrying a gun because Texas is an open-carry state.

Oh, by the way, the gun control advocates have been talking; especially on the radio this morning.

Although, the suspect killed by police is being reported as one Micah X. Johnson.  He's former army, and he's black.

Was there more than one shooter, or was it just Micah Johnson.  I am trying to figure out why the use of plural "killers were Black"  "murdered...by blacks" like there is a hidden agenda. Micah should be punished to the full extent of the law though?

James, from what I have read so far, Micah claimed he acted alone, but they have other people in custody. At this point the story is still developing. We will not know the full truth for a while. What is reported, however, is that Micah was killed.

So far, police have identified four suspects. Three are in custody, one is a woman. According to CBS News, they worked together with the goal of killing as many officers as possible.

So at this point there is one confirmed, a couple held on suspicion with one of those held being released as he had nothing to do with anything. Thanks for update. At work and cannot surf too much

2 of the detained were seen loading a camo duffle bag into a car and sped off, another was loitering near area gunman was held up - looks like none will be charged

Gun control, if it is to applied, is to be applied to everyone equally. The black community will not tolerate attempts to disarm them while Whites are armed to teeth.

As opposed to Trump, it's always more respectful to show sympathy for the victims first.  Then you get the facts, then you take action.

As with your post, you already spread false information.  That poor guy's been getting death threats all morning thanks to crap like that.

    Obama has chimed in already!

"We also know that when people are armed with powerful weapons, unfortunately it makes attacks like these more deadly and more tragic, and in the days ahead we're going to have to consider those realities as well," Obama said just before concluding his statement.

Obama began using mass shooting incidents to push for gun control last fall, in the wake of a shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon.

"And, of course, what's also routine is that somebody, somewhere will comment and say, 'Obama politicized this issue,'" he said in October, The Washington Post reports. "Well, this is something we should politicize. It is relevant to our common life together, to the body politic."

    And he has said this:

"This is a political choice that we make to allow this to happen every few months in America. We collectively are answerable to those families who lose their loved ones because of our inaction."

So, you see, what happened to the officers is our fault, collectively our inaction to do what he wants done is the cause and "we" are answerable for all shootings that occur.

We are answerable? What he really means is America is to blame, its constitution is outdated and the country needs to be "fundamentally changed" to suit him and no one else but him. What a narcissist! If anyone has a messianic complex it is Barack H. Obama. And it is our fault he has failed as a savior.

You're kidding yourself if you think he's the only one who wants less weapons available.  Right now, pretty much anyone who wants to kill someone can get whatever they want.  That's an issue.

The same people are in favor of gun control regardless of who uses an assault weapon whether it be domestic or foriegn terrorisim.
I've yet to see anyone advocate open season on killing cops.

The problem isn't guns - it is people who want to kill others.
Gun control didn't prevent the Tsarnev brothers bombing the Boston Marathon.
Gun control doesn't keep Muslim mobs in Pakistan and Bangladesh murdering atheist bloggers regularly with knives and sticks.
