How prepared is our military for a two front war taking place in two different climate zones?

It will soon be winter in Korea, Russia, and China, but hot in Israel, Egypt, and the Philippines.  After a long Obama period of focusing on Iraq and Afghanistan, while allowing repeated deployments of our all-volunteer military with the financial limitations that exist, how would we handle two fronts each in sharply different climate zones and geographically separated?

It would be more beneficial for the country to reduce their propensity to engage in wars. Especially, when we have lost every war since 1898.
Before you disagree, what is your definition of winning a war?
