    Can the Democrats stop Donald Trump from being sworn in as President in January?

    Will the electors change their mind and vote against Donald Trump in December?  There is talk they will but who knows how reliable the talk it.  Maybe just more rumors as there has been so many in the election coming from both sides.  Some people just like to cause problems.
