USA Supreme Court and #New Jersey Supreme court
My Question is what for do we have Supreme Courtss when they are refusing to acknowledge even receiving complains I guess they make good manure!
The Supreme Courts are the last resort courts. Their job is to actually not get involved unless it is absolutely necessary. The SCOTUS decisions become the law of the land. And SCOTUS has made a lot of bad decisions in their existence.
Roe v Wade 1973 still being argued today. So was that a good decision?
As the decisions of law suits go up the appeal process, the Supreme Court is the last stop for federal issues, And for NJ the state appeals end in the NJ Supreme Court.
If the NJ Supreme Court decision has any federal issues in it, then a lawyer would try to get SCOTUS to hear the case.
Most cases are turned away without comment even.
The better action is for the legislative branch to make laws that work better than the SC decisions.
