To what extent will a Walmart go to prosecute a 19yr old for stealing booze?
It probably depends on the total value of the goods stolen.
A 19 year old is a legal adult... don't do the crime if you don't wanna do the time.
Wal-mart is not in business to give away booze. How could they possibly offer those low prices on booze if they simply allowed teens to come in and steal it? They couldn't, teens caught steeling booze should expect the full extent of law enforcement's boot upon their necks for stealing booze at Wal-mart.
The rest of us paying customers want our low prices, and in order for us to get them, booze must be paid for. That's all there is to it.
