How is there Unequal Wealth Distribution and Taxation in the US versus the 14th Amendment
concept of Equality? The 14th Amendment was used to force marriage to include a class outside of the traditional marriage. Yet, under the Income Tax laws some people are taxed differently than other people. Why doesn't the 14th Amendment apply here as well?

The Constitution says that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process, meaning a trial and jury. At what point, after having gained wealth, does the Constitution no longer apply, and they're free to be looted, their wealth taken?

I wonder if this should stay or be replace by a clearer Amendment? Whose fault is it that this issue is not settled yet its been what since 1868 that this issue be brought up? Or is this a move to help out the republicans win in the midterms? Hmmm... I wonder....
