    Opioids ,  designer drugs ?  Fully one quarter of the state medical examiner's job last year accounted to overdoses ?

    America exists in a state of getting high .

    Watched a special last night on fentanyl.  It has become a major problem, with garage based pill makers being used to make copies of actual, approved drugs, but laced with fentanyl.  And there are a great many deaths as a result - that drug is EXTREMELY potent.

    Which has nothing to do with just why people are buying fake opioid or other drugs off the street.  Yes, there is an epidemic, although not sure it is always about getting high.  Pain relief is right up there, too.

    Watched a documentary on 4 drug store outlets in Va, stones throws apart with connecting doctors offices  [prescriptioning ] and  the county population relation to the amount of pills sold ,  the Feds governing agency went in a did pill counts , supply counts , prescription records  audit , haven't heard how that came out .

    What percentage of America is existing in a drug altered state ?
