I think that it is interesting in that it exposes the soft underbelly of the spin that Madison Avenue type politics carry on. Here we have a politician getting up and telling us how important family is and his determination to fight for the underpriveleged and in the meantime carrying on an affair that he tried to hide, then deny and now admits with acceptance of his love child. This all going on while his wife is fighting terminal cancer.
What a cad and the words coming out of his mouth a fraud. The American electorate are all caught up in a good story based on personalities and good looks when in truth should be conecentrating on deeds and accomplishments. That is where you look when trying to fill a job slot or appointment.
America is too caught up in Madison Avenue/Hollywood fairy tales and too stupid to recognize it.
