The left cries foul anytime someone is even remotely perceived as acting in a racist manner, however they give a free pass to anyone in their own Party who does the same thing. We are watching as a sitting Governor is refusing to step aside even though there is evidence that he wore blackface. Did we miss something? Was his racism cured somehow?
Yes Ralph,j just as Trump has been accepted by the right despite his overt racism and disregard for women he's assaulted, bribed, abused, hired as sex toys and escorts.
I can't remember Trump ever wearing blackface? Maybe you can cite actual racism in the President Randy - that would be facts and not innuendo that the media seems to enjoy citing. Maybe you could start another thread to discuss the other things you are talking about, but this thread is about Democrat racism and their double standard.
Hope you are having a good day - we're getting hammered by snow almost daily up in the Idaho mountains
At this point, I'm not sure if his last remaining gullible followers just ignore the FACTS or are simply very forgetful, but here's just one example of this orange idiots disgusting blatant racism:
No democrat should ever resign from office until this Bozo Clown does, or he's imprisoned, which ever comes first: UNREAL
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcklUUIsdcw
Yes, that's why so many from the left have been calling for the VA governor to step down, LTL. But you didn't mention it, did you? Forget?
We'll see if he does step down. But, the way it sounds, if every Democrat who ever appeared in black face disappeared we'd have no more democrats.
So you didn't forget then?
And what would make those on the right disappear? Making them speak honestly, of course!
I disagree there, but you knew that. I'll let you in on a secret. I've never dressed in blackface. But, I don't think dressing up is evidence of racism. Not without knowing the circumstances. Without knowing the circumstances, I have no intention of condemning someone. I'd be no better than the mobs on the left.
Of course, only the mobs on the right dress in KKK and neo Nazi garb instead. Or did you forget to mention this as well? Do you condemn them as well? No, I don't know what you think, but trying to discern how far you'll go to slam the left while neglecting to do the same for the right.
Do you have a clue why "Blackface" is so frowned upon today? Were your ancestors humiliated in such a manner? Apparently not!
The guy in VA who dressed as a rapper. I suppose that falls along the same lines as the picture of the guy in black face with KKK beside him?
The problem with the left is you guys lynch first, think later.
I'm from the south. I remember the democratic KKK. I remember being afraid of them. We lived in fear of a cross burning in our yard too, because my dad refused to discriminate in his business. I'd guess your family was KKK.
Like others of your rightwing opinion, you seldom answer a question. And I'll presume you don't have a clue about the origination of black face because you'd have answered instead of asking me questions.
But unlike you, I'll answer your query. Yes, along the same lines if you have a clue about the history of blackface. And you apparently do not...
I didn't answer because it's an ignorant question. Only an idiot doesn't know the answer, or thinks they're bright for knowing it.
Okay then. I'll take this in mind when you ask a question.
It's keep it in mind. Not take it in mind. First, you request a history lesson then you need a grammar lesson.
Careful buddy. I don't want to have to send you a bill for tutoring.
Yes please thrill me with your knowledge, LTL. You've yet to...
And that's Mister Buddy to the likes of you!
That's a very odd thing to say. Why would I seek to thrill you with my knowledge? Why would you think such a statement would be necessary? Why would you think I cared what you thought on the topic?
But, I'm afraid you haven't earned the respect to have the right to insist on a mister to preface the buddy. It's just buddy.
Makes you wonder why all those on the left who dressed in black face aren't being called to apologize for their actions. Ted Dansen, Joy Behar, Jimmy Kimmel and others. Many of them did this years ago as well. Hillary Clinton gets a pass on everything. I agree with hypocrisy but I would also like to add having a constant set of double standards is also evident.
Hope you're having a good day Randy. Hope all is going well for you.
A great day, Mike! I've been busy disproving Trump adores claims most of the day.
Great response as well, Mike. One of your most factual comments as well.
I think Governor Northam should resign as do many Democratic leaders, but I can't force him to. I also think Trump should never have been elected due to his racist actions (Central Park Five, leading promoter of false and racist birther movement).
The hypocrisy comes from those who knowingly voted for a racist yet come on this thread to bash those who are consistent in their beliefs.
I'm tempted to put one of those cheesy +a zillion thingys, Pretty!

“That’s not racist!”, "... I have lots of black friends!", "... you're the racist for making it about race!", "... I'm just being honest about the facts!", "... I was just making a joke!" So why is it so hard for people to admit that USA is a racist...

Why is saying #AllLivesMatter considered racist?I see this everywhere: on Twitter, on forums, and on the news. I am asking this out of pure curiosity and confusion, because I don't see anything racist about the statement/hashtag.

I'm white. When someone calls me a "cracker" or "honky", it makes me laugh. Isn't it about time that we all just looked racism in the face and laughed at it? Sure, I'm white and I haven't experienced much racism in my life, but "sticks and stones may break...
