            Ken, you are correct.  It is always those who can LEAST AFFORD it having children.  In fact, those who can LEAST AFFORD it have THE MOST children!  Go figure!

   Five ways:
   1. Understand the needs of the child from birth to 6.
   2. Provide an educational environment for the child and set him free within it.
   3. Provide a path to intelligence.
   4. Allow the child to stay connected to his own Self and the inner life that exists within him through treating him with RESPECT, Unconditional Love and Acceptance.
   5.  Set the boundaries which provide freedom.

   Okay, how about:
   
   1. Marry another AFTER you have had the experience surviving successfully on your own.
   2. Abstain from sex before marriage. (Keep the egg and the sperm far away from each other.)
   3. Marry for love which will last a lifetime, no matter what. (Or don't get married.)
   4. Love the one you are married to. (Refuse to FALL for an affair)
   5. Marry the one you love only when you have the capability to make tons of money.

      Let me edify #2.  People have to be RESPONSIBLE regarding birth control.  Birth control must be effective.   If one can't or won't use birth control, ABSTAIN...….ABSTAIN...…...ABSTAINNNNN!

   Do NOT Marry UNLESS:
   
   1. You can make a good living, preferably with a career.
   2. Unless you can afford a, house, a washer and a dryer.
   3. Unless you know how to avoid acquiring too many children, pets and mouths to feed. (Beyond your means.)
   4. Unless you can 100% commit to another.
   5. Unless the love of Your Life can prove he or she loves you just as much.

            PREACH KATHRYN PREACH.  I TOTALLY CONCUR.   You believe in the F.E.P. principle before having children.  The F.E.P. principle is that one should be financially, emotionally, & psychologically established & stable before even thinking about having children.  Also, one should be in a STABLE relationship.  I am sick of people who can LEAST AFFORD it financially, emotionally, & psychologically having children.  This costs American society monetarily in welfare, mental health, & prison systems.  Enough is ENOUGH!

   Apparently, poverty is caused when two people get together and act irresponsibly.
   Poverty can be reduced when two people get together and act responsibly.
   
   Now there are other aspects of poverty, but in America we have everything we need for abundance:
   Lakes, rivers, rainfall, land, air, forests and sea ...
   We need to tap into the abundance provided by nature here in America and share it, responsibly and carefully.
   We need to think, have concern and live with appreciation for all we have.
   We need to step away from our screen technologies, our drugs and our narrow views.
