Do you believe in capital punishment? Are there some people who should be executed when found guilty of their crimes? There is always a balance of interests. If so, by what means? One function of our law is to serve as a deterrent. Do you think it is currently doing so? It should be predictable, but is it? What crimes do you think should result in capital punishment?
