Trump to Pompeo: "You did a good job on her."

Once again we observe the sort of treatment meted out to those who cross the WH. During an interview with Pompeo, an NPR reporter of many years asked him why he didn't stand up for Maria Yovonovich when she was removed.

He claimed he did, but got angry and ended the interview at this time. He then asked her to go behind closed doors to continue the conversation. She reported he yelled at her saying, no one cares about the Ukraine and using the F-bomb to stress his annoyance with her.

Pompeo claimed she was lying, but her emails and texts back her side of the interview. Today Trump said, "Pompeo did a good job with her." And now the State Dept. is punishing her by not allowing her to travel with Pompeo on his next trip abroad.

This is par for the course for anyone who disagrees with members of the WH. Truth means nothing to them as long as they aren't challenged.

Any thoughts or input on this normal WH BS?

Randy, much the same as threats against GOP Senators that do not toe the BIG RED LINE finding their heads on pikes.

I can only hope that Romney and the handful have the courage to stand up to Trump and insist on witnesses and documents, beginning with Bolton.

I do too, Cred. I don't expect them too because it would ruin the defense's case.

They'll cover it up as they planned in the beginning.

They certainly will. But I can't imagine Yovonovich wanting to go anywhere with anyone who's treated her so despicably, especially Pompeo.

Did you see how Pompeo treated the NPR reporter who made a fool of him during an interview? Now He and Reump are trying to close NPR down for good. Despicable cretins!!

Now it turns out Bolton told the House they needed to investigate why Maria was removed from her position. I doubt he'll be called as a witness unless some Senators grow a couple in the next few days.

If not, all future presidents can bribe other countries to investigate their political rivals. Apparently those on the Right feel Trump may never have to leave and they won't be subjected to another Democratic POTUS.

    They may be correct.....
