      Let's jump forward to Aug 8, 2020 ---- Joe Biden will say anything he feels his audience wants to hear on any given day, he has a very long history of doing just that. He lies to hear himself lie.   And he will always add a touching BS story from his past to have one gushing over his openness....  Have a look-see at the link on his stance on gay marriage.       It all so comical when you compare the history of Joe's stance on Gay Marriage. Your link gives a wonderful example of Old Joe, and how he will tell an audience whatever he feels they want to hear.
      
      He does not have an honest bone in his body period. It's bad enough he has a propensity to lie, he has handlers that also add their input to what he says. It's no wonder he appears confused. He can't keep the lies separated and perhaps has a hard time coming up with past touching stories to match the unfamiliar lies.
