Should People who Break Smoking Laws Be Shot
ha. me too.
Well heck with this logic I should be able to execute dangerous drivers when ever I see them (as a school crossing patroller its is sadly very often) pedestrians who walk into traffic without paying any mind to the fact that a car was trying to drive there and couldn't see before being close enough to be a danger, how about politicians caught lying and destroying the moral fiber of political ideals, and well why not anyone that gets on my nerves! If not well can we execute the bankers who messed up the economy so badly at least?

The FDA has concluded in the U.S. that second hand smoke isn't as dangerous as lead to be believed. Sorry, it's no longer an excuse to use against smokers.

Is it ok if companies don't hire smokers?
More and more companies aren't hiring smokers because they are not a protected class and they increase a company's group health insurance premiums. Should it be allowed?
