    This is a very good article about Voltaire. I didn't know he scammed the lottery, and was determined to be rich so he could write what he wanted. I really enjoyed reading this article.

    Thanks Pamela for sharing this most interesting article by Ravi.  I would probably never have known this about Voltaire and his lottery winnings had I not read this.  Some people seem to have more luck than others with lottery winnings.  Perhaps they also know how to "game" the system?

    This is an intriguing account of a French man, Voltaire who was a lottery scammer, winning prizes of millions and millions of money, later becoming a wealthy and filthy rich watchmaker. This is indeed a bright example of how one can soar to great heights, believing in himself, working on what he desires fervently and keeping his sight on the reward. In fact, the article mentions Voltaire loved money and that itself was a starting point for him. Thank you for the superb share, Ravi.

    What an excellent article, Ravi. I never knew about Voltaire being a successful Lottery scammer. it may have led to all the lottery syndicates we have today.
