John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Clarence Thomas have been on a decades long mission to return America back to 1797. They took a giant step backward toward that goal on June 29, 2023 by deciding that the equality that existed when the Constitution was written was "good enough". They insist the effects of 226 years of oppression don't really impact Blacks today or that institutional racism doesn't exist today. Their decision to end, for now, considering race in the admission process at universities and colleges is a bad thing and should be struck down.
Don't they know that "race neutral" is just a euphemism for "Jim Crow"? I bet Alito and Thomas would vote to overturn Brown v Board of Education if given the chance. They certainly like overturning other long-standing precedence that righted terrible wrongs.
On June 30, 2023, they doubled down on their effort by opening the door to legalizing out right discrimination in America, thereby nullifying the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Their vehicle was a case brought by a commercial web designer (who apparently lied to the court) who didn't want to design and sell websites for same-sex couples. The Court said she has a First Amendment Right not to sell her product to certain protected classes of Americans. This time it is same-sex couples, next time it will be bi-racial couples, and maybe after that to Blacks in general.
They have brought shame to America once again.

A new or growing trend? Is it becoming more the norm now for lesbian or gay couples to marry on Facebook? Is...
