He's really not much more than a two-bit hustler who happened to be in the right place at the right time.

I don't think so, Tim.  lol
        Certainly hope not.
That would make American the stupidest country in the world,  if the same mistake is repeated again....
I hope he jumps ship even before the year is out, or is forced to walk the plank!  lol
We don't need his tyranny.  We actually need a decent, patriotic man in the White House.

But I'm old-fashioned enough to wanna see a MAN be a MAN and lead this country back to its values.

Do you honestly think that if he continues on like this he will be reelected?

All signs point to the contrary at this time.

    Typical character assasination piece.

I don't happen to think Obama is the Savior. Scratch any president and you will find a human being with human faults. Shall we talk about hob Bush flew members of the Bin Laden family out of the US when all air traffic was still grounded after 9-11?  Obama has already made a number of mistakes and he will make more.

He's trying to do the right thing with Health Care Reform.

He's trying to pass banking regulation to protect consumers and prevent a second Great Recession.

He's trying to do somethng about global warming and the environment.

He's trying to get the budget and deficit under control.

He's having to  do this with the most stubborn obstructionism from conservatives that has EVER been seen in Wasington.

Most liberals have various criticisms of Obama which we make known. But standing back and taking pot shots from a distance and subverting EVERTRHING he does is disgraceful. (The case that proves my point is the abuse he took from conservatives who disapproved his choice of mustard for a hamburger.) He's not gong to get a fair shake from you guys no matter WHAT he does.

I totally agree.  I don't know how the people in our country think that ANY person can come in and balance a budget with a deficit of over a trillion dollars within a year's time.
Imagine how hard it is for you as one citizen to balance your budget; especially when your expenses exceed your income.  So, what would you need to do?  Generate more money!  Duh.
Also, WHAT did Bush do besides put our country in debt?  He did nothing for health care reform and I don't think he really gave a crap.  Obama said in his State of Union that he is doing what is best for our country; he is not doing what is popular.  To me, that is very honarable.
Americans will never like the President regardless of who he/she is, regardless of how they handle their affairs and no matter what they do.  It will always be something whether it be marital affairs, war or health care reform, Americans will never be satisified.
Give the man a break and give him some time to do what he said he was and is going to do!

'' He's trying to get the budget and deficit under control.''
'' can come in and balance a budget with a deficit of over a trillion dollars within a year's time. ''

OBAMA has increased the deficit in his first year that exceeds the total of the last 6 years of the bush administration, fact
Tthe government is paying $1 billion a day in interest on the national debt. FACT  Borrowing more money to spend more and using borrowed money to pay for that money is insane. The credit rating of the US is in jeopardy.

Since passing PAY-GO this Congress has passed $100 billion plus in new spending, don't sound like pay-go, adding to the deficit.
Let's face it that in the last 15 months ,the total control of the government by Obama and the democrats, Congress hasn't  made much progress on the economy, jobs and the promised made by President Obama.
Bush has been gone over a year, complaining about  the Republicans, who have been shut out of every piece of legislation is pitiful.

It's not character assassination.  It's fact.  It's truth.  And it's out in the open.

Obamacare is about power and control and has nothing to do with Health Care it's a disaster.

Handing even more power over to the FED which is not a Government Agency and is owned by secret bankers who have ZERO accountability to Congress or the People is going to Protect people how?  Obama actively lobbied for the Bailout which was nothing more than welfare for Goldman Sachs.  Obama then appoints the same people that Bush appointed to oversee the theft of American Assets.  Those are facts!

Global Warming is a fraud for money.  Over and over the Money Mongers behind the movement repress the TRUTH... manipulate Data as they try to force their CAP and TAX agenda on the World.  C02 is a naturally occurring gas.  Please.

Trying to get the Deficit under control?  All Obama does is borrow and spend borrow and spend.  The Deficit is soaring as Obama keeps spending.

Giving Obama a blank check would be like giving a heroin addict heroin. Good plan.

Somebody has been drinking heavily from the fountain of misinformation.  Obama is a bum.  He's a fraud.  And he is a Wolf in Sheeps clothing.

But there will always be those who want to keep drinking the Koolaid in spite of reality.

I receieved this email from the Whitehouse - worth reading - how do you feel about the Obama approach?

"There but for the grace of God go any one of us"

    Good afternoon,

If you’re an American under the age of 65, there's roughly a 50/50 chance that you will find yourself without coverage at some point in the next decade.1

Simply put, losing insurance can happen to anyone.

At yesterday's health reform event, President Obama told the story of Natoma,  a self-employed woman in Ohio who found herself in the position of losing her health insurance after yet another rate hike from her insurance company:

"She realized that if she paid those health insurance premiums that had been jacked up by 40 percent … she couldn't make ends meet.  So January was her last month of being insured. Like so many responsible Americans -- folks who work hard every day, who try to do the right thing -- she was forced to hang her fortunes on chance... And on Saturday, Natoma was diagnosed with leukemia…

"Part of what makes this issue difficult is most of us do have health insurance, we still do.... But what we have to understand is that what's happened to Natoma, there but for the grace of God go any one of us."

For Natoma and the millions of other Americans forced to face the burden of medical bills they can't pay while at their most vulnerable -- the time is now for health insurance reform. Watch the video of Natoma's story and learn what more you can do to help spread the word about the need for reform.

50/50 is the latest number in 'Health Reform by the Numbers,' our online campaign to raise awareness about why we just can't wait any longer for health insurance reform. Help spread the word by sharing this message with your family, friends and online networks.

    Let's get it done.

    Quoting from the LA Times

'Business relationships between lawmakers and people with government interests are not illegal or uncommon in Illinois or other states with a part-time Legislature, where lawmakers supplement their state salaries with income from the private sector.'

In other words, the journalist is not suggesting Obama did anything illegal or even immoral.

This isn't on a par with 'Obama Hates Sports Fisherman' but it comes out of the same stable.

One day, all those people who demonize the guy may realize just how ordinary a politician he actually is.
