I keep getting phoned, but When I pick up,there is no one the other end of the phone.I went to the phone company, they couldn't help me out.I contacted the police and they tracked the calls to a barber's shop. What happened was that every time someone paid for the haircut by credit card, the credit card machine erroneously dialed my number.Should I take legal action?
this isn't really a forum post - this is more of a "question" that should be asked elsewhere on HubPages.
You probably won't get much from legal action. have they fixed the problem, have you notified the barbershop?
If you notified them and they haven't fied it you might be able to get something, if they fixed it you probably wont get anything.

What would you do if a close friend asked you for a large loan and after taking the money refused all contact with you and claimed that you had given them the money as a gift?
