So, i guess that Congress was "Finally" able to reach a "compromise" on the entire spending cuts issue.

... they're going to cut $4 billion...
whoopdy friggin' doo.
I bet the media blew more money reporting about the issue!!
What a waste of time and a completely irrelevant issue.
WE'RE SPENDING $3.4 TRILLION EACH YEAR!!! They were fighting for months over $4 billion dollars?! Who the hell cares?!
that's 0.11% of of the budget!!!
That means that, if you out of each dollar the government spends, it cuts a PENNY into TENTHS and then refuses to spend it.
What a WASTE of time.
Gotta have some kind of show under the Big-Top. How else ya gonna rope the folks in.
The Wisconsin governor is proposing a budget that slashes even more money that the entire federal government is attempting to cut.
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/03/ … 0120110301
He's cutting $4.2B (~7%), while the federal government is only cutting $4B (0.11%)
Look at the hysteria around that cut. Can you imagine what will happen if similar magnitude cut is introduced nation-wide?
Why don't they all tax 3%, hell, even 1% more of the top wealth-holders??
That would solve everything--they wouldn't need to cut at all.
Why don't they do that?
Wait 5 yrs theres no jobs!
Wait 5 yrs theres no money people wake up?
Millionaires are bossing you around...........lol
This is WHY they are cutting!! To benefit the rich!!
New Jersy..more wealthy people than teachers, but teachers get the cut, wealthy don't.
It is ass-backwards thinking and unconscionable.

Dear President Obama,As you are likely well aware, you and I have many fundamental philosophical differences. I have long believed in personal liberty and economic freedom. Despite the rhetoric that you may espouse, your actions imply that you believe government can plan our lives better than we...
