Hello everyone! Just needed to share a little bit of news because I'm pretty excited. I just received an official invitation to attend a supper with Stephen Harper (Prime Minister of Canada, for those of you who don't know) on Thursday and I'm very happy. Can't wait to meet him in person!
Whooee! That'll be fancy. You Canadians know how to do up those occasions. What are you going to wear?
haha, you're funny AnnCee! I actually have no idea what to wear and stressed a bit about it earlier. What would you wear?
A little black dress of course! A modest and simple one. With a nice shawl or little sweater in a bright color for spring. Black always looks fancy enough and never goes out of style.
What do you want to talk to the Prime Minister about?
Or you could wear a sari???
Yes, a little black dress is always in fashion. And I will match it with my purple leather knee high boots...thats sure to get some attention
I'm not exactly sure what to ask the Prime Minister. First, I want to see if he is actually who I think he is and if he is the man I think him to be. Thats my first and foremost.
After that, I will just observe I think. I am thinking of taking a step into politics, but I need to know more about it. This is my first step wish me luck!
I do wish you luck. Are you thinking of running for office? Is there an issue that motivates you?
That is awesome! I am happy for you and jealous at the saem time Have fun!!!
Thanks everyone! I'm really looking forward to this. Hopefully I'll get the chance to parlay a little with Mr. Harper. Keep your fingers crossed for me
Congratulations and good luck! I hope that you get to talk to the prime minister.
