By Chris Moody | The Ticket

Joseph Wurzelbacher, the Ohio man made famous after an exchange with then-presidential candidate Obama outside his house in 2008, has filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run for Congress in Ohio's 9th District.
Wurzelbacher filed his statement of candidacy on Friday and now has completed the paperwork for "Joe for Congress 2012," his official campaign committee.

he was encouraged by republican party to run and feels regular citizens should all consider politics...I don't know if they'll stay regular citizens after getting into office thoughroll

I think he's a money-grubber just like his idol, Sarah Palin.

I will be good for politics, if more working class members of the public were representing their fellows.  Having an upper middle class Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister in the UK, both of whom attended public school does not give the right impression that politics is for everyone.
