Physical Consequences
Divorce affects the physical and mental health of both the partners. Divorced people tend to develop serious health problems at the early age as compared to happily married couples. The chances of developing cardio and neuro problems are more among divorced people. The rate of depression, anger and frustration is also higher among divorced people which could lead to serious mental problems. In this case, you can burn your mental stress and tension with the help of yoga and meditation which will also improve your health. Watching some comedy movies at home is also a good idea.

If the divorced couple has younger school going children who stay with their mother after divorce, then in most of the cases, mother starts doing a job for bringing up their children. In this case, do not spend your money on unnecessary things and try to save whatever you can.
Social Consequences
Social consequences of divorce are often overlooked but their result is quite worst. You may lose a part of your social circle. Some of your friends and relatives may stop talking to you. You will also feel a drastic change in the behaviour of some people in the society towards you. They may not treat you as earlier when you used to live with your spouse. As a result, you will feel ignored and alone. In this case, try to keep yourself busy in some or the other activity. This will divert your mind, so you will not think much about the changed behaviour of the people in the society.
There may be several other effects and consequences among divorcees. You need to tackle all the situations, try to become stronger and face the world with confidence.
