What is the most difficult betrayal you have forgiven someone for in a dating relationship?
From my experience with clients I see a huge difference in the ability to forgive in women vs men. I want to know what issues you all have faced and forgiven in a dating relationship.
lol BS Baldwinkenn lol Jacob courted Rachel and Ruth was courted by her future husband. It wasn't the kind of courtship that we know now but David courted Saul's' daughters and so fourth. Dowries were something of a common subject in the bible. But as for the actual subject at hand, I feel that betrayal before marriage portends betrayal in the future. They are either in the relationship to be faithful or they aren't. In casual dating there aren't any expectations so no betrayal unless it is a personal slight which shouldn't be forgiven.
If I'm just dating someone and they've betrayed me, I usually just move on and don't feel the need for forgiveness. If you can't trust someone early on when you're dating, I don't think it's worth trying to persue a relationship with them.

What do you think about a younger woman dating an older man? (or vice versa)I've been dating a man that's 30 and I'm 23. We get a lot of jokes about it but there are also those who are against it simply because of our age difference. Do you think this is justified or does age really matter?
