    He will be hurt either way. Breakup is never easy for either person. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I would just want the truth. Everyone is different, but you should know him will enough to decide how you are going to approach it.

    Possible when you have a casual friendly relation with someone. You need not to worry that you will be hurting him.

    Not possible in closed relations because the moment you say goodbye to him or her,  tear will start dropping from eyes and you will find nothing but hurting yourself as well.

    impossbile. The best solution is to get it over with.

    if theres already someone waiting on you, its best to leave that out.
