    Its a matter which needs to  be handled tactfully  and  with a secret mind. I would like to give you some guidelines and if you
    follow it sincerely,  atleast some respite will be there:-

    a. Always keep on changing your route, while going or coming.
    b. Dont  use the same transport  or road  daily . Try to go by a  public transport.
    c. If you are going to meet someone, instead of taking straight route  you should take a long route to reach the destination.
    d. Never tell about your future plan to anyone  and never discuss personal matter with anybody  in such a situation.Maintain the confidentiality about yourself.
    e.   There need to be a frequent change in your daily routine so as to confuse the stalker.
    f. Always keep your  personal things like cell phone , keys of  the house  or your personal vehicle away from  the people or keep them in a safe place which is out of reach of others.

    First of all, ensure you have irrefutable evidence that this is stalking and not some paranoid delusion, then contact the police.  Being in the same place at the same time isn't evidence of stalking.  People go shopping at the same time, walk to work at the same time, walk the dog at the same time, go out jogging at the same time... and all using the same routes, there's nothing sinister in this, we're creatures of habit, so change your habits, that may indicate stalking is taking place if the face is still turning up.
