   First try to listen to yourself that how much you feel that he really loves you. There was a time, I love some one so much I used to forget to listen how much she would love me.
   Flirting a girl is not yet being in love, for me. I used to flirt girl as well but the true love that I gave so far is to only and the true one.
   So as woman, try your feeling how much he got love for you.

   He has low self esteem and it is what he thinks will make him seem cool.
   
   He is immature and I would ditch him while the getting is good.
   
   You like the attention, but it isn't cool attention.  Move on, ignore him and, if he really likes you, you will know quickly enough.  Keep giving him the cold shoulder until he learns to grow up or you will have to live with this bad habit for the rest of your life... he certainly won't change.

   By flirting with "every other girl" he is telling you who he really likes..........himself!......time for you to move on......he's not a player he's an insecure boy and the last thing you want is one of those to drag you down.

   i know this is going to sound a little harsh but if he really liked you and wanted to be with you, you would know. Boys arent the most complex, if they want something they'll be direct sometimes their shy about it but the message will still be clear. If he's flirting with every girl he's either just not looking for anything serious and wants to have some fun or he's unsure of himself and feels that if he flirts with numerous girls eventually one of them will reciprocate his flirtation and spark something. regardless of what his intentions are if you're looking for something more than just flirtatious fun, you should look elsewhere because at the end of the day don't you want to be with someone who's only giving you that type of attention? if he truly liked you, he would make sure you were able to feel it.
