Have you ever compared your life with others?
If yes then on what things?
Of course! To anyone who is more successful (mostly everyone I know), richer and thinner. Seriously.
No, not in a negative way.Yes, if I can learn something creative by comparing my life with others then I do compare it.
In a negative and positive way! Thats the characteristics of a human being. Cant help it!!
Yes...just about everything..........I hate that. I'm trying to stop that habit.
yeah i have I used to do it and it used make me go alittle depressed. But now I use it to encourage me to better myself even to a better state than them
Oh yes, Mansi2512! All the time. However, it is usually something like "Well, it must be nice!" or "So that's how the other half lives!" To consciously compare my life with other people's would be pointless, considering that their circumstances and mine have likely been different, therefore different lives. Envy? Of course (wish I was pretty like her or had long hair). Jealousy? Not so much. My life is a product of what I have made of it with what God has given me to use. Good question! Thanks for asking!
Yes, I think it is only natural to. Sometimes it makes me feel good about myself, but other times it makes me feel like I could have achieved more. I don't think that we will ever be able to truly benchmark our lives compared to someone else because everyone has a different story. Plus some people would value success monetarily or others on the relationships and friendships that they have developed.
Only when I was a child overshadowed by a bunch of giants much older than I who seemed to know everything while I seemed to know nothing. Eventually and gradually both illusions clarified. :-)
no i haven't compare my life to others..because if i do it means i am insulting myself..
I think we all have at one point. I compare to compete. I look at others peoples work and try to make mine better.
