Meditation plays a significant role in controlling our anger. It helps us to find peace within ourselves.
We cannot impose our views and opinions on others. We need to think from their point of view also. We get angry when others do not show interest in our viewpoints. However, we should not forget that anger is a temporary phase and it should be treated like that. If we will not pay any heed to it, it will disappear on its own. Thinking about something else is also one of the way to overcome anger.
