What does "you have a special place in my heart" really means? How will you interpret this saying!
I was just recently told "you have a special place in my heart" I have been trying to figure out what this means?
It can mean anything from exactly what was said to they are trying to tell you even though they supposedly "love" you they're choosing someone else. Or maybe as dirty as this may sound they just want to make you feel good by stroking your "ego" and move on . You know what it means, I'm quite sure you know the person as well as their character and most of what they are capable of.
I interpret this saying as meaning "I will always remember how special you are (Even if we are not together always)".

A friend of mine said that the guy whom she's interested in doesn't like her though he's fond of her, because she's not posh. I'm just wondering what does it means?
