How should we proceed with our multi-state marriage license issue? (Maine-NH)
We are getting married in July but live in separate states. I will be moving to NH from Maine but we will be married in Maine. Should I move in early to simplify the marriage license process?
You should only have to apply in the state you will be residing in not in the one you are living in now.
