    If a child has been taking from a home for false information should that child be able to come home

    I know of some one who child had been taking out of their home because of false info and when the matter was close for good it turns out it was a lie the children were never return and was giving to another grandmother although the others grandparents were capable of taking care of them they were never return. I recently saw an article where there was a case in calforinia where woman got 4.9 million dollars because the department of social service was crooked http://fightcps.com/2007/03/29/californ … 9-million/ do you think this person should have her children return

    I do think it is foolish of the child protective service workers and they should have lost their jobs for lieing to the court. However, note where this occured. Anything can happen in Orange County, California.

    I would have to know the details of the case. It is easy to say yes, they should be back with the parents.  But I would have to know exactly what CPS saw and what their concerns were before I could say yes.
