   Probably just being calm and really put my 'conflict' into perspective.
   
   And think that my everyday problems are nothing compared to a lot of people in the world.

      True. Sometimes, people just react because they are stressed by their own concerns and it's nothing personal!

   Whenever I am in a conflicting situation I try to take time and give the situation some time to settle down. If its not in my control then I try to let it flow in its own course of action and just act as the need of the hour. If its in my control then i act according to the situation to get the optimum positive result. When its very negative i try to give as much time possible to the situation to take its own shape rather then reacting myself.

   More times than not, conflict in our lives is a direct result of actions we have taken that were not born in faith. I'm not saying you have to be religious or anything of that nature but as humans, we work through our lives more successfully when we walk with a code that make sense for our lives. That is ethical. That's full of vision.
   
   While we will always have haters, their impact on us will be minimal because our comfort rest in our faith and supersedes the conflict we experience in our lives.

   It has to with do with acceptance first. It's not logical to think that everyone it's going to agree with you and just accept the fact that  their opinion might be different from others, and no matter what you say or do is not going to change their opinions...so managing conflicts boils down to really no taking sides and staying neutral.

      A great one, Julio!! I agree. It's not logical to expect that everyone will see things in the same way as you. It all boils down to knowing how to strike a balance!
