What do you do when you accidently lead someone on?
I believe that I'm leading this girl on by mistake and I believe she going to break-up with her current relationship to be with me.
Being direct and honest should clear up any misunderstanding.
That sounds easier said then done, so how would go about that?
It is easier said than done. Unfortunately, there is not a direct AND easy way to do it. You may hurt her feelings, but she will appreciate your honesty in the long run. Just tell her the truth without wavering - I don't like you that way.
Sit her down and explain that you are sorry for the confusion but she misunderstood your intentions. She might be upset but she'll get over it. You better do it fast, if she breaks up her current relationship before you talk to her, she will be even more upset.

Why is it easier to edit the writing of others than our own?I've noticed that if I am working on an editing assignment; I can easily spot mistakes and fix them. When I edit my own, even after taking a break after writing it; it can be difficult to see and hear my own mistakes. The...
